Accounting Intern Job Description
PAK Communications is currently looking for internee to work as ‘Account Officer Internee’ in our accounts department. The internship will allow individuals to jump start their career and familiarize themselves with a well-established office environment while getting the opportunity to apply their skills to real world scenarios.
The deserving candidate will have a chance to get confirmed as well after 3 months based on the performance.
Duties, Tasks, and Responsibilities:
• Help with month-end financial reports
• Work under supervision of other accountants
• Help with bank statements reconciliation, as well as accounts payable and receivable
• Assist with the preparation of internal reports
• Ensure the completion of assigned tasks in line
• Assist with the physical inventory
• Compose and input journal entries into Quickbooks
• File and scan journal entries
• Assist the coordinator with month-end financial reports
• Manage monthly tracking of physical inventory
• Support the payment processing team
• Do data entry and credit checks.
Other than this you have to do all activities & task which has been assigned to you from your manager
Requirements – Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills
The Accounting Intern is required to meet the following requirements:
• Be a majoring student in B.Com / BBA / MBA in Finance
• Be a student majoring in accounting in senior or junior level
• Work full-time
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word
• Proficient in Writing English
• Willingness to work effectively both independently and on a team.
