Job Duties:
i) To Determine need for new legislation, propose amendment in the existing laws, if required. In consultation with stakeholders, draft rules and regulation under the Act.
ii) Identify and overcome constraints affecting enforcement of laws.
iii) To Prepare cases for Environmental Tribunals or of appeals in the High Court as and when required.
iv) To Undertake inquiries or investigation into environmental issues.

Qualification/Experience required:
