Responsible for effectively leading a team to recover bills as well as resolve customer queries using excellent customer handling and follow up skills. will be responsible for exploring new markets and initiate successful marketing campaigns, developing marketing strategies and designing new packages and offers for existing and new customers, increase awareness of VAS among existing customers via BTL marketing means / Invoice insertions / D2D Activities / Email bulletins / SMS marketing , maintaining an excellent liaison with all vendors, exploring and evaluating new vendors for print/electronic media.
