Job Duties:
i) Examination and tendering legal opinion on references received from other Ministries/Divisions/Federal Departments and Foreign Countries concerning with petitions, service matter, civil suits/ appeals, labour and criminal cases and services summons.
ii) Nomination of private as well as Govt. Counsels in the Court Cases involving Federal Government before different court and tribunals and settlement of their professional fee.
iii) Other duties entrusted by the Solicitor.

Both male and female candidates are eligible
Any relaxation in Maximum age limits
plus five (5) years general relaxation in upper age limit.

Qualification/Experience required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Law or equivalent. EXPERIENCE: Five (5) years post qualification experience of work in Judicial or Legal appointment or practice as an Advocate in a court of law.

Note:
The experience will be reduced by two (2) years where the candidates have higher qualification in Law, i.e Master Degree in Law or Barrister-at-Law.
