• Increasing the revenue through lead generation and build an effective sales pipeline strategy.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, study competitors products and services, identify target market and develop strategies to attract potential customers and explore ways of improving existing products and services to increase profitability.
• Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
• Develop strategies to present new business ideas in small and large perspective business partners. Also increase the number strategic business partners.
• Effective Negotiation and communication skills
• Building and leading a team of A players and keeping them excited
• Cold call as appropriate within the market or geographic area to ensure a healthy pipeline of opportunities. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging the network.
• Analyzes alternative business development approaches and strategies.
• Develops standard processes to maximize business efficiency and effectiveness
• Forecast sales targets and ensure that they are met.
• Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.

• Have excellent negotiation, speaking and e-mail writing skills and the ability to coordinate with international customers independently (remotely and in-person)
• Have excellent problem solving and analytical skills, using numbers while communicating ideas and strategies.
• Very good in sourcing leads and closing deals
