Computer Animator
Actually the word animator means to give life, so computer animator means any thing which helps in giving the life to words. Actually the job of an animator is to take a static image or any object and in a literal manner bring it to life. Basically there are two types of computer animations that are computer assisted and computer generated. Basically the computer assisted animations is of two dimensional like cartoons. The work of animator is to draws objects and characters with the help of hand or with computer. After that computer uses the mathematical algorithms to fill all the frames and the process is called twining.



Actually all the key framing and twining are the traditional animation techniques and can be done easily by hand but they are much faster with the help of a computer. There are many things which can’t be done with the help of pencil and paper that are objects and characters and modeled and are planned with an X, Y and Z axis. In the computer generated animations, key framing and twining are still the most important functions. Animators will always program objects with the help of mathematical objects to physical laws like gravity, mass and force.

All the technologies are been the most important part of the animators toolkit. Actually all the computer animators work with computers for making the characters to come alive and many of them are cartoonists. Computer animators always work with computers but that doesn’t mean that they don’t draw it first. Most of the computer animator’s first draw their characters after that they plug them into the computer for making them to act for any type of movie or commercial. That means that there is lot of money in computer animators process and any one can easily earn lot.
