Job Description
MR Co. is seeking certified Service Technicians. The primary responsiblity of the Technicians is to provide HVAC services specific to repair and/or replacement needs; installing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading HVAC systems and equipment.
Other responsibilities include:
• Inspect, repair, modify, and install HVAC equipment
• Conduct regular preventative maintenance inspections on units
• Repair or replace defective parts in units and equipment
• Perform skilled electrical maintenance work in reparis, installaion, and alterations of HVAC equipment.
• Maintain vehicle, tools, and equipment
• Prepare written material for the purpose of documenting activities and inventory
Skills & Requirements
Qualifications:
• Service Technicians must be experienced in the service, repair, maintenance of various types of commercial A/C equipment systems.
• Candidates must posses troubleshooting, mechanical, and diagnostic skills.
• Must have start up and maintenance experience with chillers, boilers, pumps, AHUs, and other A/C equipment
