Note: The office location is Park View Villas near Thokar. Please apply only if you dont mind to travel the distance. We are looking for Customer Service Executives to work in night Shift from to 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM Pakistan time. We require energetic male candidates with sound negotiation skills and EXCELLENT communication skills in English with American accent. Must possess the ability to work on their initiative and deal with difficult situations/customers. Work as part of a highly productive team. The CSR would be working on leads generated through other media campaigns. Someone to take the new client verify a few items and make sure contract is read and signed by client. Each call should take less than 10 minutes. Said person would Talk to 20-30 people a day.
Experienced professional would be preferred. Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
