i. Planning, designing and setting strategy for eth evaluation studies of the development programs to provide feedback to Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training.
ii. Project planning, policy studies and training in Information & Communication Technologies.
iii. Identification of data requirements of various stake holders and provision of data.
iv. Supervising the data consolidation, analysis and its dissemination to National and International Education agencies.

Qualification/Experience required:
Ph.D. in Education/Educational Planning and Management or in Administrative Sciences with B.Ed./ M.Ed. from a recognized University. (ii) Thirteen (13) years post qualification experience in the fields relating to Educational Planning and Management and Policy Formulation. (iii) Three (3) Research Publications in the fields relating to Educational Planning and Management and Policy Formulation. OR M. Phil. in Education/Educational Planning and Management or in Administrative Sciences with B.Ed./ M.Ed. from a recognized University. (ii) Fifteen (15) years post qualification experience in the field of Educational Planning and Management and Policy Formulation. (iii) Four (4) Research Publications in the relevant fields. OR (i) Master degree in Education/ Educational Planning and Management or in Administrative Sciences with B.Ed./ M.Ed. from a recognized University. (ii) Seventeen (17) years post qualification experience in the field of Educational Planning and Management and Policy Formulation. (iii) Three Research Publications in the relevant fields.
