Latest Private Company Construction Posts Abu Dhabi 2024
Operating Aconex System by Uploading , Registered & Send Documents (such as: Shop Drawings, Test Reports, Material Data, Method Statement, Subcontractor & Material Prequalification, Certificates, Variation Order, Contract, Bill of Quantities and Product Warranty) to Project Management, Clients, Subcontractor and Suppliers.
Reporting directly to the Site Project Director.
prepare and execute letter, memo, transmittals, RFI, Filing Hard Copy Documents as per categories, Maintaining Logs for (Submittals, Letters, RFI and Etc.)
Routine Administrative Duties including attending Telephones & Facsimiles.
Preparing Transmittals for the Materials and Shop Drawings Submittals to the Consultant.
Forwarding to the Suppliers/Subcontractors upon the comments of the Client/Consultants comment on the Transmittals.
Preparing Transmittal for the Quality Control Documents, such as submission of Cube Reports, Compaction Test Reports, Procter Test Reports etc.
Updating Spreadsheets for Material and drawings Submittal Sheets of the Project.
Preparing Weekly/Monthly Progress Reports based on information (% weightage of work) from Project Engineer/Project Manager, which accompanied with Cube Cushing Test Reports, Material & Drawing Flow Sheets, Progress Curve, Detail Activity Report & Site Progress Photographs, etc.
Handling Outgoing and Incoming Mails, Recording and Distributing to concerned departments and individuals.
Filing all Quotations, Letter of Orders etc, in suitable orderly manner.
Arranging all Revised Construction Drawings with the superseded Construction Drawings and Electro-mechanical Shop Drawings pertaining to Legal Authorities {MUNICIPALITY/ ADDC / ETISALAT /CIVIL DEFENCE}
Preparing correspondence based on Information/ Notes from Project Manager, Project Engineers & Quality Control and Assurance Engineers.
Preparing Letter of Intent/Order to the Suppliers and Subcontractor.
Preparing daily “Request for Information” with work Checklist for the Civil & Electro-mechanicals works.
Preparing Final Documentations to the Consultant/Client during the Handing over of the Project.
