Entry Level Recruiting Coordinator Job Summary:
Yield Advisors Pakistan is currently seeking motivated high-energy, recruiting professional with a passion for sales and business development to join our growing team and advance within the organization. Our Recruiters are responsible for sourcing and screening candidates to match with the open jobs, based on the candidate’s skills and experience. Role of a Recruiter:
Establish relationships with candidates to understand their skills, experience and motivators
Source candidates using Applicant Tracking System, job boards, social media and networking within the community
Conduct interviews over the phone and in-person to determine candidate qualifications based on the requirements of our clients
Ability to cultivate strong candidate relationships by providing value and then setting a level of expectations
Proper and timely documentation in our ATS to manage candidate relationships
Qualifications of a Recruiter:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Passion for sales and business development
Solid work history within past roles
Proven ability to multitask while maintaining a strong attention to detail
Drive for results approach to meet tight deadlines
Previous sales/recruiting experience preferred
Strong leadership, planning, and execution skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
