An IT Firm is looking for Personal Female Secretary to CEO & Receptionist with following skills:

- Good Interpersonal skills
- Excellent command over computer and use of Excel, Ms. Word, PowerPoint
- Composing, Formatting and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Urdu / English Translation
- Drafting emails, letters and making excels sheets as and when required.
- Keep follow-up of tasks and update CEO.
- Managing files other than accounting work as and when required.
- Acting as a receptionist, meeting and greeting clients, answering questions; forwarding messages;
- Confirming customer orders; keeping customers informed of order status.
- Liaising with clients, and other staff competently
- Screening phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
- Keeps the logs of the calls received for the CEO in his absence and informs him on his return; update orders to CEO
- Office coordination with staff, foreign and local clients both verbal and written/emails.
- Preliminary drafting of correspondence on your boss's behalf
- Delegating work in your boss's absence
- Provide secretarial and clerical services to the CEO
- Can manage all other tasks assigned by the CEO with responsibility.
- Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;

Job Type: Full-time

Timing: 9 am to 6 pm - Monday to Saturday

Salary: Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 25,000 /month

Experience: Personal Secretary: 1-3 years preferred

Education: Master's / Bachelors / A-Levels with very good English
