Finance Manager E-Commerce

Job Responsibilities:
• Analytic support to the Ecommerce function including financial analysis, strategic planning, operational analytics and systems support.
• Work closely with the Senior Executives, Business Leaders, Trade Marketing and Commercial teams, as well as will be the liaison with Corporate and Divisional Finance teams, to set financial strategies and goals.
• Leader and initiator of cost savings and income building activities.
• Financial planning and analysis for Ecommerce.
• Manages daily, weekly and monthly planning, forecasting and reporting.
• Reviews and diagnoses variances to plan and forecast.
• Manages the annual strategic planning process in conjunction with corporate timelines
• Partners in business and line reviews with senior management.
• Ensures corporate financial controls exist within the business.
• Provides regular and ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed to help drive business results
• Develop the financial reporting tools, hurdle rates, new business analysis and models and/or exit strategies.
• Challenges and assists the commercial teams to maximize profitability for Ecommerce to identify cost savings and understand financial implications of new initiatives.
Skills:
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial calculations.
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills based upon financial and statistical results.
• Interpret and communicate detailed quantitative data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills demonstrated by building relationships quickly with stakeholders.
