Special Pay:
Job Duties: i)To take dictation from the Officer Incharge, transcribe and type it.
ii)To maintain all the record of incoming and outgoing files/letters.
iii)To keep record of the schedule of meetings held in the office.
iv)To keep record of incoming and outgoing telephone calls in the presence and absence of the Officer Incharge.
Job status: Temporary LIKELY TO CONTINUE
Eligibility: Both male and female candidates are eligible
Any relaxation in Maximum age limits Plus five (5) years general relaxation in upper age limit.
Min Age: 20
Max Age: 28
Qualification/Experience required: (i) Second Class OR Grade‘C’ Bachelor’s degree from a University recognized by HEC. (ii) Minimum shorthand speed 100 w.p.m. and typing speed of 50 w.p.m. (iii) Must be computer literate.
Domicile: MERIT=3, SINDH(R)=1, SINDH(U)=2, KHYBER_PAKHTUNKHWA=2,
Closing Date: 20-JAN-14
Note: A computer literacy test (Practical) will be conducted comprising of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Test for the post of Assistant Private Secretary (BS-16) will be held at Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar and Quetta Centers only, if sufficient numbers of candidates at each center are available.
