Special Pay:
Job Duties: (i) Prepare Budget (revised Estimates & Budget Estimates) for MNA?s, Chairmen, Standing Committees, Leader of the Opposition, Kashmir Committee, Speaker, Deputy Speaker & their staff and the Secretariat. Also deal with , re-appropriation within sanctioned Budget of National Assembly.
(ii) Deal with cases of supplementary Grants for the National Assembly.
(iii) Prepare monthly actual expenditure statements for information of the Secretary and onward transmission to Finance Division.
(iv) Reconcile expenditure with AGPR on monthly basis.
Job status: Permanent
Eligibility: Both male and female candidates are eligible
Any relaxation in Maximum age limits Plus five (5) years general relaxation in upper age limit.
Max Age: 40
Qualification/Experience required: 2nd class or Grade 'C' Master?s degree in Business Administration (Finance), Economics or equivalent. EXPERIENCE: 10 years post qualification experience of Finance and Budgeting in BS-17 and above in Government organizations/ Semi-government/ autonomous bodies/ reputable private firms.
