Representative Job Description:
1. Deliver service and support to end-users using HPSM
2. Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, requests about IT services
3. Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues such as, internet connectivity, email clients, IPT,Office 2013 , Windows ,
4. 60% A level support tickets must be resolve by him
5. Follow standard processes and procedures
6. Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications
7. Redirect problems to appropriate resource
8. Accurately process and record call transactions using HPSM
9. Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff.
10. Follow-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved.
11. Manage and resolve customer complaints
12. Complete call logs and reports on monthly basis
13. Identify and escalate priority issues
14. Follow up customer calls where necessary
15. Make sure that every month SLA will be achieved to 90%
WORKING CONDITIONS
Working Hours must be follow 8:00AM to 5:30PM
Skill and Knowledge Qualifications:
• Bachelor in computer science ,sound background in Computers Sciences , short courses in Ms. office will be preferred
• Attendance and Punctuality most important thing for this Job
• Sharp enough to pick our systems
• Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately in solution
• Knowledge of relevant software computer applications and equipment
• Willingness to co-operate with others and work to the greater good
