•Planning and progress of all programmatic activities at Social Organization Unit.
•Identify and arrange introductory meeting with the contact person for the programme expansion.
•Introduce the programme concept and develop a long term vision of the programme in the organized community.
•Motivating women community organization for forming CCBs under the devolution plan 2000 GOP.
•Prepare a profile of village by collecting data on village statistics particularly on the status of the village population and developing wealth ranking of whole village.
•Supervising and steering of the team in carrying out and implementing various activities at field level.
•Conduct sessions on leadership, planning, and record maintenance for community members.
•In collaboration with HRD section develops training events for activist from community.
•Co-ordinate meetings with Government Line Agencies and other developmental partners and linking communities to them.

•Mobilising rural community to access to health facilities provided by the Govt/NGOs in the local area.

•Conducting various trainings, Manager Conferences Health hygiene & Education awareness Campaigns.
•Develop linkages of community organization with different line deptt.
