Job Duties:
i) The College library is primarily meant for the staff and the cadets of the College.
ii) The librarian will have the charge of the College library and will be responsible for the security of the books and equipment of the library and maintenance of and up to data record of ledgers and vouchers etcetera.
iii) The librarian will also be responsible for maintaining a reading room/ reading table, outside or inside the library and for providing newspapers and magazine (reading material) to the various reading centers in the College Houses, Staff Room, College Hospital etc.
iv) The library timings will be notified in the routine time table but the schedule for the issue and return of books will be notified by the librarian from time to time.

Qualification/Experience required:
Second Class or Grade ‘C’ Bachelor’s degree in Library Science/ Information Science form a University recognized by HEC. OR Second Class or Grade ‘C’ Bachelor’s degree from a University recognized by HEC with one (1) year Diploma in Library Science/ Information Science.
