Plumbing works:
Expert in PPR, PVC, GI Pipe, Jacuzzi & Bathroom Fitting. Must have experience in new construction and plumbing maintenance & repair. Must be familiar with commercial piping and schedule 40, 60, 80 and PN rating systems.
Supervise the residential and commercial projects, Installation and repair of Geysers, installation of washing machines, Test, maintain, repair the plumbing work, Knowledge of Heating systems,
Troubleshooting of plumbing issues
Plumber read blue prints / drawing for commercial, residential, industrial, towers and other properties,
The Plumber will then plan, install and service plumbing systems, fixtures, piping equipment and controls.
These piping systems may be used to transport water, waste, gases or hot liquids.
Review building plans and specifications to determine the layout for plumbing and related materials
Identify required tools and special equipment
Select the type and size of pipe required Locate and mark positions for connections and fixtures
Install supports and hangers for pipe, fixtures and equipment
Assemble and install valves and fittings Install, repair and maintain water treatment equipment, piping and controls Install, repair and maintain underground storm sanitary and water piping systems
Install, repair and maintain sinks, tubs and toilets Install, repair and maintain water heaters and conditioners Install, repair and maintain plumbing fixtures, appliances and trim
Test pipe systems and fixtures for leaks
Perform scheduled maintenance service on plumbing systems and fixtures
Apply all codes to installations, repairs and maintenance
Ensure all requirements as specified by the manufacturer of systems and fixtures are met
Ensure all installations, repairs and maintenance are properly sized, aligned, supported and graded

Air-conditioning:
Expert in installation, repair, gas charging and services of AC & Chiller (both Gas & Water based) Installation & Maintenance, AHU Units, Central Cooling & Heating System Repair & Maintenance, and Water Radiators, installation of Split, Cassette, floor standing and other cooling systems,
installation cooling and heating system upto 100 tons with pipping.

Installation of cable trays; troubleshooting in residential and commercial heating and cooling system, repair and installation of bakery heating equipment;

Communication skill

15 Years practical experience in managing plumbing work / Electric work and knowledge of AC installation and services.
