Job Description:
• Responsible to provide Service delivery to assigned accounts and ensure the customer satisfaction and Retention
• Responsible to Search Buyers through on-line channels and liaise their deals with the assigned members
• Assisting in provision of TradeKey services to potential clients through online communication via chat, calls emails and video conferences
• Coordinate internally with other departments for resolution of issues related to customer and services being offered
• Will be expected to play an effective role in Service Delivery Team, assisting and coordinating with peers
Job Specification:
• Graduate/ Post-Graduates from a recognized institute or university
• 6 months to 2 years relevant experience preferred
• Can communicate well in English
