Respected sir, It is stated that I am an enthusiastic individual with keen interest in working in laboratories in the field of sustainable agriculture. I to put my best efforts for your success. Currently I am working as Assistant Professor in Department of Agronomy, college of agriculture, university of Sargodha, Pakistan I have completed my graduate and post-graduate and doctorate degrees in Agriculture with Agronomy major from University of Agriculture, Faisalabad, Pakistan. I’m living in countryside so interest with agriculture is natural. Being a son of a farmer & belonging to agriculture based country it was my delusion to learn education in the field of agriculture so I choose it. Throughout my degrees I studied most of courses from agriculture faculty and some courses from basic science, DVM and engineering faculty. In addition, among all disciplines, I like most which deal with the organic agriculture and its impacts on plant and environment. During the last year of my gradation I did one semester internship at Ayub Agriculture Research Institute, Faisalabad, Pakistan. My research topic was “Sowing of different cultivars of wheat in Faisalabad condition”. My postgraduate research was on various nitrogen sources from natural and synthetic fertilizers. Title of my research was “Integrated nitrogen management study on hybrid spring maize”. During postgraduate research, urea as inorganic and poultry manure, farm yard manure from organic source were used. While rhizobecteria was used enhance biological nitrogen fixation. I am happy because all research finding has been published in well reputed journal. I have recently completed my doctorate degree entitled with Agro-economic assessment of autumn planted sugarcane under different planting patterns and lentil intercropping. Furthermore, I have also working experience at University of Florida Everglades Research and Education Center EREC in Belle Glade, Florida as researcher under supervision for the period of six month. Use of various instruments related to sugarcane field as well as for laboratory experiments were practically performed during the stay at EREC like: EM-38 for Soil Water Measurements, Performed Soil testing operations carried out at everglades soil testing laboratory, practically performed sowing operations, used SPAD 502 Plus Chlorophyll Meter, Root analysis by using winrhizo to analysis set and shoot roots of various crops. In addition, my aim is to study the sustainable agriculture, natural fertilizers including can be used for the crop production as a replacement of the chemical fertilizers because the significance of the organic manures cannot be ignored. Global, interest of organic farming is raising due to depletion of soil fertility. Economic premiums for certified organic grains have been driving many transition decisions related to the organic farming. Continuous use of fertilizers creates potential polluting effect in the environment. Synthesis of chemical fertilizers consumes a large amount of energy and money. The integration of organic sources and synthetic sources of nutrients not only supply essential nutrients but also have some positive interaction to increase nutrient use efficiency and thereby reduce environmental hazards. I have an excellent communications skill in English, as my mode of education throughout my academic career has been in English.
