IT Britz requires a dedicated and dependable Office Administrator/Executive Assistant who would be willing to actively participate in the company’s establishment in Pakistan. We believe this is especially a worthwhile opportunity for fresh candidates to grow with a growing company and develop themselves professionally.
JOB PURPOSE –
Maintenance of operations by managing communications and presenting preliminary proposals to existing, as well as prospective clients. Assistance in business development by contributing in organisational tasks will be expected.
RESPONSIBILITIES –
- Maintaining formal communication which will include voice calls and handling business emails, as well as informal communication over live chat and the social media.
- Scheduling meetings with clients.
- Actively participating in business development.
- Managing documentations, for instance creating project proposals.
KEY REQUIREMENTS –
- Exceptional proficiency at written and spoken English, since we mostly work with international clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- General computing skills. The applicant must be a regular user of PC, internet and the social media, and must have basic competence at using Microsoft Office (specifically MS Word).
- Ability to prioritize work and plan meetings.
- Reliability and attention to detail.
QUALIFICATION –
Any competent candidate with exceptionally good English skills from the Intermediate level and onwards may apply. However, O/A level /BBA will be preferred.
WORKING HOURS – 2PM - 8PM, MONDAY TO FRIDAY
LOCATION – GULSHAN-E-IQBAL, NEAR UNIVERSITY OF KARACHI
REMUNERATION DETAILS – 30-40,000 PKR
The exact salary will be settled on the basis of qualification and skills of the applicant.
On probation (3 months): 20,000 PKR
