Primary Duties and Responsibilities
* Liaising with prospective property buyers and sellers, building rapport and fact finding, establishing how best we can meet their needs
* Identifying new business sales opportunities to raise valuations
* Pro actively nurturing clients until they’re ready to come to market with NG BUILDERS
* Promoting our brand and supporting existing and new customers, spotting any opportunity to support our customers further with their property selling/buying journey
* Brand Ambassador; demonstrating a positive and professional attitude / behaviour with every customer interaction
Minimum Skills, Knowledge & Ability Requirements
* Excellent telephony call handling skills including questioning, probing, listening, establishing rapport, matching and closing
* Highly motivated with excellent work ethic
* Strong selling and negotiation skills
* Strong interpersonal skills; ability to make personal connections with prospects
* Good listening and decision-making skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
