A Public Sector company needs the following positions at its Islamabad and Lahore Office.
Manager LNG
. The Manager LNG will provide guidance to the management on matters related to LNG developments around the World including but not limited to the trends, approvals, engineering, design, permitting requirements, contracting, Construction, inspection, etc.
The position will require implementation of directions given by the Managing Director. LNG Manager must exhibit understanding of the terminologies and requirements of LNG Terminal operations and have experience of working on LNG Development Projects in Pakistan.
The applicant should have significant knowledge of the contracting process and the protections required by the Company. Knowledge of PPRA rules, approval processes etc of Government of Pakistanis required
Mandatory Requirements MBA or 16 years education from an HEC recognized university. Minimum 12 years' experience out of which at least 5 years should be working on a senior level in Oil and Gas Sector of Pakistan. Should not be above the age of 40.
Experience of working on infrastructure development projects in Pakistan is a must; preference will be given to experience in working on projects being undertaken by the Government of Pakistan.
Must have understanding of various LNG Terminal Models, Must have knowledge of LNG Supply Chain, Natural gas transmission and distribution system of Pakistan.
Assistant Engineer Assistant Engineer position will have specialized experience of LNG or Gas Processing Plant Commissioning and Operation.
Experience in interpreting electrical schematics, circuit diagrams and P&ID's & experience of impressed current Cathodic protection of marine structures and pipelines. - Experience of CTS metering and daily gas nominations is also required. B.A.
Diplomas AutoCad, 8 years with at least 5 years in oil & gas sector related to gas measurement and instrumentation.
Assistant Manager/Project Engineer
The incumbents will manage external consultants like civil, marine, environmental etc. they will also oversee the preparation of detailed engineering activities and preparation of procurement packages by EPC contractor.
They should have LNG liquefaction experience and should ideally have FERC permits with broad project engineering experience.
Ideal candidate would have a Bachelor in Engineering with project management certification. 7 years' experience in oil & gas sector Out of which 3 years should beat an Assistant Manager Level.
Assistant Manager Legal The Assistant Manager Legal will be responsible to reduce Company's legal exposure through adopting pro-active approach.
He/she will review and advice on laws, regulations and governmental policies, manage the enforcement of the company's internal legal policies and manuals.
The incumbent will also identify, manage, and mitigate all legal risks concerning the Company.
Ideal candidate would have Bachelors in Law with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
