JOB PURPOSE
The Provincial Coordinator will work under the direct supervision of Program Manager as an integral member of the project team responsible for delivering goal, objectives and activities under the School Based Deworming Program. The incumbent will be responsible for directing, organizing and controlling project activities, managing the existing resources, communicating with donors/stakeholders whenever delegated by Program Manager as well as consolidating reports for submission.

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Coordinate with the regional/ provincial government education departments, private schools regulatory authority, private schools association, maddrassas for the data collection of public, -private & religious schools and their enrolment
-Coordinate the development of training materials, procurement and printing in sufficient quantity
-Coordinate the development of community sensitization materials, procurement and printing in sufficient quantity
-Coordinate the development of reporting forms, procurement and printing in sufficient quantity
-Develop the real-time details of the government focal points in health, education, district administration and any other department involved in the deworming activity
-Assist the government in the preparation of work-plans and budgets
-Coordinate with the education and health departments for the identification of venues for teachers and health staff training and its subsequent intimation to the teachers and health staff
-Monitor the attendance and financial disbursement to the trainees as per the protocols
-Monitor and assist the distribution of training, community sensitization materials and reporting forms to the training venues and subsequently to schools
-Coordinate with the national & local community sensitization channels for the dissemination of deworming day communication messages
-Coordinate, assist and monitor with the health department focal person for the drug storage and its distribution to the training venues and subsequently to schools
-Help and assist the government in support with the School-Based Deworming Program SBDP Team to coordinate all tiers of training
-Coordinate and assist the government and the Third-Party Independent Monitoring Firm for monitoring on the deworming day
-Coordinate, monitor and assist the reporting through the reverse cascade
-Real-time reporting to the School-Based Deworming Program Team

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES KSA
Required Qualification
-Master’s Degree in Public Health, International Development, Public Administration, Social Sciences or other closely related fields from an accredited college or university.

Required Experience
-Experience in projects or relevant position
-At least 3-year experiences in project management; experience working with international NGOs will be an added value
-Knowledge of budgeting and reporting

Required Skills
-Tech savvy, proficient in MS Office
-Has ability to establish rapport with high level government officials as well as with NGOs and other stakeholders
-Strong Interpersonal and leadership skills, as well as a team player
-Ability to work with diversity and multi-disciplinary teams
-Excellent time management and organizational skills
-Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
-Detail oriented and efficient
