Our Recruiters are responsible for sourcing and screening candidates to match with the open jobs, based on the candidate’s skills and experience. Role of a Recruiter:

● Establish relationships with candidates to understand their skills, experience and motivators
● Source candidates using Applicant Tracking System, job boards, social media and networking within the community
● Conduct interviews over the phone and in-person to determine candidate qualifications based on the requirements of our clients
● Ability to cultivate strong candidate relationships by providing value and then setting a level of expectations
● Proper and timely documentation in our ATS to manage candidate relationships

Qualifications of a Recruiter:

● Bachelor’s Degree preferred
● Passion for sales and business development
● Solid work history within past roles
● Proven ability to multitask while maintaining a strong attention to detail
● Drive for results approach to meet tight deadlines
● Previous sales/recruiting experience preferred
● Strong leadership, planning, and execution skills
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
