JOB PURPOSE
The incumbent will be responsible to design framework and tools for data collection and quality assurance of the program through qualitative and quantitative techniques, analyzing data and presenting it. S/he will be responsible for collating data and presenting to relevant stakeholders for the program.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop quantitative and qualitative tools for monitoring & evaluation and quality assurance.
Data Collection through qualitative In-depth interviews and focus group and quantitative questionnaires/surveys techniques.
Prepare and train field members regarding M&E toolkits.
Maintain database to track field team progress by site.
Data analysis and review for research proposals and manuscripts.
Update data on a weekly or monthly basis.
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data through statistical methods.
Data analysis using SPSS and STATA.
Write literature review through secondary research.
Filling out IRB Internal Review Board forms for approval of research proposals and prepare for IRB documentation.
Prepare presentation slides for the managers meeting.
Assist in preparing SOPs and evaluation frameworks for research.
Assist in preparing reports for stakeholders.
Any other task assigned by the Line Manager.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES KSA
Required Qualification
Bachelor’s degrees in a relevant field including public health, social science, international relations.
Development or another relevant field.
Required Experience
0-1 year of experience
Required Skills
Computer Literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Fluency in English/Urdu oral and written will be strongly preferred
Hands on experience of SPSS and STATA
Analytical Skills
Attention to detail
