i. To help seniors to design, propose and conduct research studies on education/social problems.
ii. To design and implement managerial training programs for Educational Managers at AEPAM.
iii. Preparation and identification of training materials for training workshops at AEPAM.
iv. To conduct research on various issues of education i.e Research Proposals, Questionnaires development, data collection and develop study report.

Qualification/Experience required:
Second Class or Grade ‘C’ Master’s Degree in Education/ Educational Planning and Management (EPM) or in Administrative Sciences with B.Ed./ M.Ed. from a recognized University.
