Senior Tele-Sales Representative

o Conduct continual outbound campaign calling activities to prospects.
o Make a minimum of 140-160 outgoing telephone calls per day, to prospective accredited businesses within a designated market area.
o Creating prospect interest, answer questions, and determine needs through basic probing questions to nurture leads.
o Create and follow specific lead generation process and follow-up procedures utilizing internal prospecting and CRM systems.
o Create daily lead sources.
o Screen all leads for accreditation eligibility before contacting the business.
o Experience in Securing contracts.
o Experience in closing outbound.
o Take follow-up calls from campaigns and provide initial nurturing of leads.
o Maintain a large daily call volume with resulting in continued growth of sales funnel.
o Identify new Marketing Highly Qualified Opportunities per week.
o Provide detailed weekly reporting on activities, metrics, and progress to goals.
o Complete targets given by supervisor.
o Any other responsibilities assigned by supervisor.
