Job Responsibility’s:
• Maintain and repair commercial/industrial kitchen equipment (e.g. refrigerator, freezer, mixer, cooking range, oven, dough divider, stir machine, ice/ice cream machine)
Essential Qualifications:
• Trade school qualification in refrigeration and air conditioning
• Experience in the trouble shooting industrial/commercial kitchen equipment in hospitality industry
• Experience/knowledge of electrical control
Desired Qualifications:
• Knowledge of environment friendly refrigerants

Job Responsibility’s:
• Install, commission and trouble shoot mechanical components of various equipment
• Fabricate/install metal works for workstations in the kitchen

• Knowledge of BMS (Building Management System)

• Manage & diagnose the Building Management System (BMS) defects

• Experience in installation and troubleshooting HVAC/R systems in industrial/commercial facilities
• Trade school qualification in mechanical/refrigeration and air conditioning

4. RIDES MECHANIC & RIDES ELECTRICIAN
Job Responsibility’s (RM):
• Maintain and trouble shoot for mechanical equipment/components of rides
Job Responsibility’s (RE):
• Maintain and trouble shoot for electrical equipment/components of rides
Essential Qualifications:
• Trade school qualification in Mechanical Engineering
• Previous experience as Rides Technician in theme park preferred
• Experience in servicing high-end automobiles /heavy vehicles
• An understanding of Electromechanical
• Knowledge of Hydraulic/Pneumatic systems on cranes, earth moving equipment, piling, drilling, etc. (used in construction/heavy metal industry)

5. SYSTEM TECHNICIAN
Job Responsibility’s:
• Maintain, install and trouble shoot electrical & fire alarm systems
• Trouble shoot high voltage & low voltage panels
• Operate and maintain power factor correction system
• Maintain and troubleshoot BMS, emergency lighting, park-wide & BOH lighting (excluding rides & attraction boxes & park-wide electricity. Power outlets (including offices)
Essential Qualifications:
• Trade school qualification in Electrical
• Experience in commercial/industrial electrical systems (hotels, hospitals, stadium, big venues, pools)
• Knowledge of UPS (uninterrupted power supply, 24x7 emergency back-up)
• Knowledge of Industrial Switchboard
• Ability to read and interpret electrical layout drawings
Desired Qualification:
• HV (high voltage) system knowledge
• Knowledge of maintaining diesel generator
• Knowledge of Simplex BMS and fire alarm system
• Knowledge of motor winding and testing

6. LIGHTING TECHNICIAN
Job Responsibility’s:
• Identify appropriate location and install required show lights. (This covers lighting within the attraction boxes directly related to the show and all park wide lighting. Does not cover any back of house lighting.)
• Carry out lighting set-up for new shows
Essential Qualifications:
• Experience in commercial/industrial/stage lighting systems
• Knowledge of setting up lighting and dimming patterns in shows

7. AV TECHNICIAN
Job Responsibility’s:
• Install and maintain audio visual equipment in the park
• Maintain rolling stock of consumables for audio visual equipment (for immediate fixation)
• Manage DB show control & automation (software)
• Manage media matrix (hard ware)
• Set-up AV control rooms as required in the park
Essential Qualifications:
• Knowledge in audio visual equipment set-up in similar environments
• Ability to operate speakers, lamps, mixers, microphones, cables, amplifiers, etc.
• Knowledge of PRO-AV (Commercial)
Desired Qualification:
• Cedia training
• CTS Training (in this region this is most valuable – U.S. equivalent)
• Lighting experience

8. WORKSHOP
Job Responsibility’s:
• Fabricate components/structures required for uninterrupted safe functioning of rides
• Manage and maintain the tools and tackles required
• Maintain all mobile elevating working platforms
Essential Qualifications:
• Trade school qualification in mechanical
• Experience of working in maintenance department of heavy industry/ manufacturing/ production factories
• Knowledge of various machines and its tools such as nylon, lathe, drilling, milling, cutting, welding
• Auto-mechanical know-how
