Umer Farooq
Currently, I am enrolled as a Bachelor student in Computer Science at Namal College, Minawali. The knowledge city owned by Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan. I have passed my 3rd year and have learned numerous things from this Knowledge City. I improved my intrapersonal and interpersonal skills, I learned to become more independent which I already was, I learned to be confident, I learned to never overestimate or underestimate your opponent and so on. As I am a CS student, I have learned many other technical skills regardless of academic like I am an expert in C Language, C++, Java, Python and besides this, I am also working on React and React Native which if all is considered best fits to my interest and in simple words has become my passion. I have worked as a trainee for 2 years. In my first year, I worked with the Procurement Manager as his assistant and learned too many things regarding purchasing, tender, quotation, dealing, demand draft and etc and that year also proved to be very very useful to me because I had already experience of purchasing and dealing with different kinds of people in my Mobile Repairing Shop and Institute. The very next year, I worked in the colleges Software Development Cell which is known as Namal Development Cell where my supervisor and many other people used to manage the college website, learning management system, and many other softwares that were being used inside out college. I worked with them and learned thousands of things regarding management, development, even one day I myself upgraded colleges website using a GUI based platform which was quite interesting for me and in return I used to receive a stipend of Rs.5000/month. The whole experience till now is quite remarkable, interesting and is continuously bubbling up my inner potential to do something very big. Besides this, I have some big Goals, Visions, some Dreams that I want to achieve and I am going to be a successful person no matter the circumstances.
