Web Designers & SEO Expert

We are seeking for an experienced and passionate SEO Expert, Graphic Designer, and Web
Developer to join our team. The role involves building websites and web-based content,
using latest technologies and best practice. A successful candidate must have the ability to
lead website optimization and be able to weave stories based on the data. You must have
experience in designing for desktop, mobile, and tablet, with a focus on the principals of
adaptive and responsive design, website usability, imagery/graphics and intuitive user
experiences. The candidate must be multi-tasking and an expert SEO, who would be able to
bring the page to the Google top ranking.
Create original website designs e.g., images, sketches, and tables
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
Design/ Create graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets
Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look
like
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems e.g., responsiveness
Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images
Support management with input on web design best practices and evaluate next-
generation trends
Develop web style guides in support of various product offerings
Expert in SEO and Google Analytic
Fluent knowledge of HTML/CSS3 with hand coding experience
Experience with JavaScript skills including frameworks such as JQuery
Understanding of eCommerce including payment gateways and API's
CMS platforms knowledge in WordPress, Adobe Business Catalyst
Expert in Photoshop, Illustrator to HTML with Graphics Optimisation
Position Requirements
Graphic Design background
Expertise in SEO and bringing the websites to top ranking
Experience with Social Media API's
eMarketing Experience
Experience with iOS & Android device coding
Google AdWords/ online advertising
Outstanding website design and layouts
Experience with user-interface design for websites and mobile experience
Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites i.e., Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate,
After Effects, etc. 3D software a huge plus
Knowledge of wireframe and prototyping tools i.e., wireframe.cc, inVision, flinto,
axure
Experience with HTML/CSS and other development tools
Strong understanding and demonstrated experience in design within a CMS Content
Management Systems, i.e., usability, development, and design
Experience leading web and design projects from start to implementation
Must have a scan-do attitude, strong work ethic, and work well independently and
collaboratively in a team environment
Highly organized, detail oriented, deadline driven, and able to prioritize multiple tasks
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Must submit a portfolio of samples
