Abacus Global Private Company invites applications from highly educated expert and experienced professionals for the post of Management Associate Corporate Services in Islamabad.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

2- Shortlisting will be conducted on the basis of qualification and relevant experience. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for Test / Interview.

4- No TA/DA will be given for the purpose of Test / Interview.
5- Client reserves the right to withdraw/terminate the hiring process at any stage without assigning any reason.

iv-Academic degrees must be from a HEC recognized University / Institution recognized. In case of an international degree, equivalency certificate from HEC will be required.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide information and management support for Company Secretary. Complete familiarity of corporate compliance with SECP and other regulatory bodies. Organizing and developing documentation for Board and shareholders meeting, notices, minutes, filing, etc is a mandatory requirement. Preparing working papers for Board/Committee Meetings Managing and Coordinating Board and Committee Meetings Assisting and supporting with any follow up actions after meetings Preparing Board Meeting Draft Transcripts and Minutes Other duties as assigned.
Minimum 16 years education with a Bachelor’s degree in any business administration/commerce/finance/law discipline duly recognized by Higher Education Commission of Pakistan.
Experience and Skills:
Minimum 3 years of post-qualification relevant professional experience in dealing with Corporate Legal issues, preferably in LNG/Energy sector
1- Good practice of communication and confidentiality protocol, visibility of work requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information.
2- Must have strong communication, both oral and written, and presentation skills.
3- A self-motivated individual who should be computer literate and have ability to work under pressure.
4- Any other duties assigned by competent authority / management.
