Key Responsibilities:
Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
Maintain general ledger and prepare monthly financial statements.
Handle accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Process invoices, expense forms, and payments.
Assist with tax returns and ensure timely filing sales tax, income tax, etc..
Prepare and maintain financial reports for internal use.
Support in audits and ensure compliance with internal policies.
Reconcile stock and inventory with financial records.
Maintain company records and documents related to finance.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field B.Com, BBA, or equivalent.
Proficient in accounting software e.g., QuickBooks, Peachtree, Excel.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and reporting.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlinesac
