Office Manager Responsibilities:
• Ensuring appropriate budgets, staff and training are in place so the organisation runs smoothly.
• Overseeing general office operation.
• Hiring, training and supervising clerical and administrative support staff.
• Developing and managing the records, accounts and systems of an organisation.
• Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts.
• Creating presentations and other management-level reports.
Office Manager Requirements:
• A bachelor degree or equivalent.
• 2 or 3 years of experience in office administration
• Tax knowledge
• Office management experience.
• Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Starting Package : Rs.30,000-40,000
negotiable according to capability & skills
