My more than ten years of experience, in the field of Project Management in general and Education Development in specific, encouraged me to apply for this position. This professional voyage offers me ample opportunities to have diverse knowledge for refining my professional skills. The supervisory skills of handling projects often require sharp analytical, financial, people management, interpersonal and intrapersonal skills. My international qualification and experience of handling various projects with national and international donors helped me to strengthen the mentioned skills-sets. I have had the pleasure of working with people in multi-communal and multicultural environments. Leading heterogeneous teams with different nationalities, cultures and backgrounds provide me ample opportunities to refine my leadership skills to keep the team aligned for the attainment of the predefined goals and objectives. My last portfolio encompassed the overall management of multiple programs and program teams including liaison with government officials, private stakeholders, national/international donors, technical organizations and strong coordination with internal departments to promote Public Private Partnerships. In addition to strategic relationship building and management; I was also tasked to develop new programs, write funding proposals and to creatively devise strategies for organizational development and program sustenance. These tasks motivated me to ensure transparency and above all to assure quality while pursuing the programmatic objectives in alignment with organizational vision and mission. Beside program management and organizational development my duties and responsibilities also included financial planning and management as per defined protocols and work plans. In order to achieve this my qualification that includes Masters in Commerce and Finance, M. Phil in Social Sciences and European Union funded Erasmus Mundus Program in ‘Life Long Leaning’ (Policy and Management) facilitated me to relate the core theoretical concepts with real life situation to find out better solution for the achievement of the assigned tasks.
