As you can see from my attached resume, I have been successful at UNICEF as IT Consultant and now looking to build on these achievements in a more senior role. During my career as IT Consultant I have delivered tangible improvements including participating in the design of extensions and additions to the network and incorporation of new technologies and standards, evaluation and monitoring of servers, implementing the technological solutions to meeting business needs, maintenance and monitoring of data center, HyperV clustering, Veeam backup and replication, Cisco meraki. Scripting for automation of processes. Develop best practices and technical guidelines. Before joining Unicef I was working with UNOCHA IT Assistant. Managing LAN/WAN infrastructure, Server and Client-side installation, Cisco Routers, Hardware/Software installation and troubleshooting, VHF, Thuraya, BGAN, Switches and troubleshooting, Virtualization for different scenarios, Failure and Recovery of Systems etc. I have undertaken extra responsibilities in the form of creating the IT Policies, managing the inventory of all equipment, maintaining log for supplies and usages of equipment and believe I am ready to step up and perform on some more responsible level. Before joining OCHA, I was working with Comsats Internet Services as DSL Support Supervisor. I was handling ten ICT support staff team and been an escalation point for different unsolved problems, guided staff technical and best practice solutions.
