As an experienced development professional and social activist with 8 years of experience working with NGOs, I am confident that I possess the necessary skills and expertise to excel in this role. Throughout my career, I have gained substantial expertise in education advocacy, with an emphasis on out-of-school youth. My experience includes participating in formal projects on education advocacy at the local, provincial, and national levels with NGOs. I have prior expertise in developing and conducting large-scale school reform advocacy initiatives, and have organized policy dialogues at the district, provincial, and national levels. Now I am working With Management & Development Foundation MDF as a District Coordinator AAP WASH Project at Hyderabad. Additionally, I have served as an implementing partner to British Council as Social Mobilizer at Sindh Development Society Hyderabad SDS Pakistan, as well as Master Trainer of Children Global Network Pakistan CGN-P. In these roles, I managed two districts in Sindh, Jamshoro, and Hyderabad, focusing on out-of-school children and planning and conducting advocacy campaigns for enrollment and retention in public schools. I have also served as a consultant, Master Trainer, and Facilitator with SOLF, British Council, Children Global Network Pakistan, and Pakistan Forum for Democratic Policing PFDP, where I led capacity development programs and community ownership initiatives, including empowerment for the reduction of Gender-Based Violence for ownership, capacity building for Mother Groups, womens capacity building for girls education rights, community health and hygiene capacity building, building the capacity of the Mohala Committee members for ownership, youth empowerment via capacity building, and resource mobilization capacity development. I possess exceptional leadership and management abilities, and I specialize in assembling highly motivated professional teams for successful project delivery and program execution. I have prior expertise in community mobilization, coordination, project execution, program monitoring and evaluation in development and humanitarian settings.
