Receipt and Issuance, Auditing and managing the inventory in all aspects. Genrate the PR Purchase Requisition of RM & PM Material. Communicate with purchasing team for follow up the demand. Prepair RM & PM Monthly Stock Purchase Requisition and manages the space of all incomming material. To Seperate items i.e RM Room temperature items , Chiller and Freezer items and locate them on their correct place with numbering and tagging. To prepare the GIRN Goods Inward Receipt Note for all new incoming items in store. Material issuance to Production as per their SIR Store Issue Requisition. Issue raw material according to the FIFO implementation. Store accept Raw & Packing Material from Production which becomes surplus to their requirement/left over balance after their production through SRN Store Return Note Update record of inventory on daily bases. Send Stock Report to head office on daily basis. To send copies of SIRs. SRNs to head office along with all supporting documents for their record and further necessary action. To ensure that the receipt of received material is correct as per Delivery Challan of the supplier. To ensure correct quantity is being received and issued as per documents. To arrange back load of rejected material to the respective supplier. To ensure that the store material is arranged in stack as per storage instruction. To arrange monthly stock taking and annual audit of stock. To arrange disposable form of expire material as per order. To maintain raw and packing material against the monthly forecast of production . Preparing all Kinds of reports related to store activities on daily bases. Checking all stock of Warehouse. Monitor overall operations of issuance and receipt of stock.
