I used a hands-on, supportive approach that leads to improved performance.  High level of adaptability and flexibility gained through working with multi -national organizations.  Always having strong relationships with my team members, upper management, partner organizations, often results in win-win situations and a foundation for future success.  I am team-focused, positive attitude and emphasis on quantifiable results.  Worked on up gradation of OSD plant by evaluating the facilities and systems for compliance with applicable GMPs standards ,making unidirectional material flow in Production and packing areas, improving air directions to minimize cross contamination, incorporating zoning according to OSD manufacturing and packing as per regulatory requirements, AHUs aligned with the recommendations of the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering ISPE baselines and the WHO technical reports in terms of filtration, with the AHUs reaching a very high level of segregation and safety in terms of cross-contamination, AHUS dedicated for each area working on full fresh air systems and are equipped with G4+F9 + H14 filters in AHU itself. AHUS having heating capability in them to control Temperature and RH. Building personnel and a material airlock for each mfg. and primary packaging areas. To achieve high standards of current GMP standards for upgrading the plant to achieve PIC/s and WHO certification .  Prepare Production Annual Budget OPEX & CAPEX and monitor it on monthly basis.  Monitor yield , Labour & Process hours variation against given Standards on monthly basis .
