1.Responsible for the avionics instrumentation, electrical and electronic equipment maintenance management of assigned all Fujairah Aviation Academy Aircrafts like Cessna 172 R & S, Cessna 208, Diamond DA40 & DA42, Robinson R44II Helicopter...etc

2.Responsible for Maintenance Management and carry out all required maintenance of the Academy Simulators.
3.Ensuring all regulatory responsibilities of GCAA, is being followed as per the latest, applicable Approved maintenance Program, Maintenance Manual, Overhaul/Servicing Manual, Maintenance Organization Exposition MOE, Technical / Engineering Procedure Manual, Customer’s Procedures, best industry practices
4.Lay out installation of aircraft assemblies / systems, components following documentation such as manuals, and wiring diagrams.

Requirement.

1.To ensure maintenance tasks and certification of aircraft / component during scheduled and unscheduled maintenance to the highest possible standards of serviceability, quality and safety
2.Adjust, repair, or replace malfunctioning components or assemblies, using tools, special tools etc
3.Interpret flight test data in order to diagnose malfunctions and performance problems
4.Test and troubleshoot instruments, components / assemblies using circuit testers, voltmeters etc.
5.Develop test aids as required
6.To ensure all relevant reports pertaining to issues of service delays, incidents and accidents, are completed in detail identifying all elements leading up to events
7.To complete of the necessary documentation including all relevant information that will allow rectification of defects by concerned sections through maintenance planning
8.To ensure all off-aircraft tasks like procurement of spares etc. are followed strictly as per procedures
9.Ensuring that avionics team members are under his/her control so that the quality of workmanship is accomplished to the highest standards of airworthiness considering principles of human factors,
10.Conduct meeting with the internal CAMO, AMO, Operations team, customers, regulatory representatives etc to review audit findings / non conformances / issues and do necessary follow-up for closure of open issues
11.ensuring that Avionic test and measuring equipment has been calibrated and that records are maintained
12.Develop UAE GCAA Capability / Scope of Avionics shop, Battery Shop, Magneto Shop etc
13.Complete all continuing airworthiness records as per checklists, forms and reports
14.Ensure all departments are informed regarding avionics scheduled / unscheduled maintenance, AOGs etc
15.Any other ad hoc tasks as required by Continuing Airworthiness Manager, Quality Assurance Manager-CAMO & AMO, Safety Manager, Airworthiness Review Manager
16.Ensure that Engineering, CAMO, Quality, Safety Procedures are complied with to achieve Good Maintenance Practices.

•UAE GCAA CAR-66 Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Licence preferred type rating without any limitation on aircraft like Cessna 172 R & S, Cessna 208, Diamond 40, Diamond 42, Robinson R44II Helicopter

•Previous CAR-145 Certification Authorization issued by Quality Assurance Dept
•Documented Practical Maintenance Experience for Overhaul/Capacity check/Inspections of Lead Acid, Ni-Cd batteries Gill, Concorde, Panasonic etc as per capability manual

•Documented Practical Maintenance Experience for Overhaul / Inspections of Magneto Continental Ignition Systems, Champion Aerospace etc as per capability manual
•5 years of practical avionics maintenance experience Servicing, Inspection, Operational & Functional Testing, Troubleshooting, Repairing, Modifying, Component, Supervising, Issuing CRS in a CAR-145 approved AMO with scope of line, base, component environment on similar aircraft type
•Ability to read and interpret technical documents like AMM, IPC, ICA, CMM, Wiring Diagrams, Overhaul Manuals, Service Manuals, Repair Manuals, MELs
•Trainings of UAE GCAA CAR-M, CAR-145, CAR-21, CAR-66, SMS etc
•Trainings of Human factors, Fuel Tank Safety, Electric Wiring Interface System, ESDS, SMS, CDCCL, Airworthiness Limitations, Planning & Reliability etc

•Knowledge of software like CAMP, CMP, Cescom etc
•Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office packages
