Job Description

A highly confident individual with excellent communication skills in the English language.
Must be able to converse in neutral or American accent
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions or alternative

Requirements

Previous experience in a customer support role
Strong verbal communication skills along with active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Must be aware of how to approach new potential customers
Efficient enough to manage heavy calls flow

Eligibility

Must have at least 1- 2 years of working experience preferably as a CSR
At least a bachelor’s degree and additional English language course will be a plus
English proficiency is must since customers are based in the USA.
Willing to work in night shifts.
