BIM Modelers MEP
Latest Switzel International Construction Posts Lahore 2024
We are looking for BIM Modelers for the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing disciplines to work with us in our Lahore office. The responsibilities include the following:
Responsibilities:
BIM Model Authoring based on the mark-ups provided by engineers / Coordinators.
Incorporating the approved 2D drawings into the BIM Models.
Knowledge of COBie 2.4 spreadsheet.
Clash Detection and Resolution based on the clients provided Matrix.
Reviewing / QA/QC based on checklist on the completed works and submission.
Must have excellent technical skills and proficiency in Revit and Navisworks software,
Should possess excellent communication skills,
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Should have at least a Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical.
Should have at least 5 to 7 years of experience in the same field.
Preferred who are available to join immediately.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
Experience:
Revit: 4 years Required
Navisworks: 4 years Required
Dynamo: 3 years Preferred
