- Selection and Hiring of Brand Ambassador/Supervisor/Helpers/Free Lance Staff as per client brief
- Working on Project Deck provided by Ops team for a particular Project
- Maintain Pool of the Staff Professional Experience, Academic Experience, Uniform Sizes, etc.
- Liaison internally to align training and conduct pre-training sessions
- Conducting refreshers as per requirement
- Make visits to on-ground projects within the city and out of the city – put checks & controls to improve performance and work on grey areas.
- Monitoring on-ground activities on daily basis – Timely Check-in, Uniform, Pitch, Personal Grooming, etc.
- Presenting post-activity feedback and giving suggestions for improvements
- Follow all SOPs and Protocols as per requirement
