Researching markets to identify opportunities for events
Liaising with clients to ascertain their precise event requirements
Producing detailed proposals for events (e.g. timelines, venues, suppliers, staffing and budgets)
Coordinating venue or field management
Coordinating suppliers, handling client queries and troubleshooting on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly
Communicating, maintaining and developing client relationships
Traveling to on site inspections and project managing events
Ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery
Providing help and advice to customers using your organizations products or services
Communicating courteously with customers face to face
Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
Meeting with other managers to discuss possible improvements to customer services
