Responsibilities:
Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting
Work directly with sales and marketing to discover opportunities for leads
Demonstrate and teach strong selling and influencing skills
Develop and execute outreach strategies to generate new business leads
Qualify leads and set up meetings with potential clients
Collaborate with the sales team to create and deliver compelling sales pitches
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM
Continuously learn about the companys products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients
Requirements:
Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
US or UK accent preferable
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Knowledge of CRM software and sales automation tools
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
1+ years of experience in a related role
Strong communication and time management skills
Able to work in night shift 6 PM - 3 AM
