RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Lead work scoping, finding, briefing, nurturing and growing audio-live/video-live agencies & talents across our platforms, and in line with our business goals
2.Work in a deeply cross functional role across internal partner teams including influencer marketing, creative, growth, consumer insights, product + merchandising as well as partner with external agencies
3.Analyze the agencies daily / weekly / monthly data, strengths and weaknesses, and combine platform resources to help the agencies rapid development in the platform;
4.Deeply explore the development needs of radio anchors, agencies and platforms, integrate resources and promote the development of in-depth cooperation among the three parties.
5.Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by superior.
REQUIREMENTS
1.Experience in building and scaling affiliate influencer and social commerce programs
2.Demonstrate an understanding of the social landscape + best practices with specific experience in social commerce experience
3.Possess "test and learn" mindset, and have an understanding of the full user journey and where social media can impact and compliment it most
4.Able to communicate in English and proficient computer skills
