There are many things which are used to make in homes like dishes. Cheese making is the process which takes not much time but is a little hard working work. Cheese is basically a different group of milk based food products. The cheese is basically produced in a wide range all around the world which includes flavors, textures and forms. Cheese basically consists of proteins and fats and the milk of cows, buffalo, goats and sheep are used for making cheese. There are hundred of types of cheeses which are produced from different milks. The milk is firstly curdled by adding acids in it such as vinegar or lemon juice for making cheese.
Actually the cheese is valued thing because of its portability, long life and high contents which are the contents of fat, protein, calcium and phosphorus. There is a simple process of making cheese first take 1 gallon (02 %) milk, ½ cup of Vinegar and 1 Table spoon Salt. First of all you have to heat the milk to 190F. one thing you should know is that if you don’t know how much is 190F temperature then heat the milk until boiled.
After that add the vinegar and allow the mixture to cool for some time. After that pour this mixture in a colander, now drain off all the whey from it. Now pour all the curds into a bowl, then take salt and sprinkle it and mix well. The salt you will use is of your taste and depends on you, after that add a little cream in it.
That means that the business of making of cheese makes huge money. You can easily start this business in your home.
