Job Title: Call Center Agent Night Shift
Job Location: Barkat Market, Lahore
Education Requirement:
- Matric / O-A Level / Intermediate or higher.
Job Description:
- Engage with existing and potential customers in Canada through phone calls.
- Assist customers in subscribing to internet, television, and phone services under promotional offers.
- Maintain high-quality standards in all customer interactions.
- Attend training sessions to stay informed about the latest product and service updates.
Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills for effective customer engagement and high conversion rates.
- Self-motivated with strong work ethics and a dependable attitude.
- Capable of working independently and achieving targets.
- Previous experience in customer service or call centers is a plus but not required.
Job Timings:
- 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM Night Shift.
