Real Estate Cold Caller:
Real Estate Cold Caller will make outbound cold calls to potential customers to share information about the company/organization and sell product. Will be able persuade potential customers, close sales, and quickly move on to the next sale. Cold caller will track and record calls, and represents company in a professional manner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
● Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential customers
● Performing customized targeted sales strategies
● Sharing information about company/product/organization by following sales scripts
● Meeting all quotas for cold, active, and inactive calls
● Facilitating future sales
● Meeting or exceeding sales goals
● Answering potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
● Closing sales and leading customers
● Maintaining record of calls through computerized system
● Collecting and updating call information
● Engaging customer during phone call with questions
● Updating database of prospective client information
● Ensuring all calls are recorded properly
● Assisting other team members as needed
Qualifications
● Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day
● Excellent verbal communication skills with US accent ; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
● Persuasive and goal-oriented
● Possesses an energetic, professional, and friendly demeanor
● Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
● Self-motivated and self-directed
● Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
● In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry
● Customer focused to gain sales
● Assists team members when needed to accomplish team goals
● Able to work in a fast-paced environment
● Previous cold calling experience in outbound call center or related sales experience preferred
● Able to professionally and confidently communicate with diverse groups of people
● Able to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet competing deadlines
